Judges Assistant/Steward
12-2pm Saturday 5 September
We need a steward to support each judge in recording scores and marking the prize winners on the entry cards. Full instruction is provided if you haven’t done it before!
Transporting tables
3-5pm Friday 4 September
5-6.30pm Saturday 5 September
If you have a car that’s large enough to transport our tables then we need help transporting show and Hut things to the church and back. We have hands to do the heavy lifting if that is an issue.
Cakes
Help our refreshments be the envy of West Norwood! We’re looking for cakes and bakes which we can sell to raise funds. Please list all the ingredients and label and tins and containers.
