* Consider successional seed sowing for a varied, plentiful continual home grown harvest

.* It’s time to take semi-ripe summer cuttings of your favourite shrubs, trees, and easy to propagate flowers, succulents and even houseplants.

* Ask us to how to do it at the Hut if you’re not sure (NB There’s a free talk on Propagation later this month!)

. We are always happy to discuss ideas with you.

We stock

* FRANCHI & Johnsons Seeds

* Various Soils and Peat-free Composts , also Growing bags, Farmyard Manure Compost and Composted Bark and Bark Chips and STRULCH for mulching and protecting your precious soils and valuable plants from the scorching summer sun . Add plenty of moisture and keep the soil from dehydration as much as possible.

* Chicken Pellets and liquid Concentrated Seaweed Extracts , Blood Fish & Bone, Growmore , root grow Mycorrhizal Fungi, and other essential plants growing medium from The Hut
