RHS Wisley is the flagship garden of the Royal Horticultural Society and one of the great gardens of the world. From its beginnings, Wisley has been about plantsmanship and experimentation. It continues in that spirit today. Some 75 garden staff, 25 students, four apprentices and 100 volunteers help make a day at Wisley an amazing experience for visitors. The garden covers 97ha (240 acres). The Mixed Borders in summer are probably the most iconic and celebrated area of this huge garden but there are many more things to see and enjoy.
