SUMMARY:Gipsy Hill Village Fete
DESCRIPTION:Once again\, we’ll be at Gypsy Hill Village Fete. It takes place 12 July `12 – 4 pm. \nCome along to say hello\, get supplies from the pop up Hut\,and maybe join us if you’re not a member.  The fete will be held in Station Gardens and local Basketball court and all along Sainsbury Road\, located off Gipsy Hill\, next to Gipsy Hill Railway Station. \nThe event is run by the Friends of Gipsy Hill who say: \n  \n  \n  \n“The Village Fete is a fun\, family-friendly event which is free for all. We’ve worked hard to bring community favourite attractions from our previous fetes to our new venue\, and there are some new surprises too! \nJoin us on Sunday 12th July (Noon to 4pm) for: \n\nAn afternoon of live music on the Fete stage\nLots of traditional fete fun & games\nStreet food by Gipsy Hill Smokehouse\nCommunity refreshment table – supported by Passage to India\, The Great Southern and The Scouts\nBeer tent hosted by Gipsy Hill Brewery\nChill out\, and play and make things\nBirds of Prey \nCommunity Health & Wellbeing in the community marquee\nBouncy Castle\nDog village – health and wellbeing\, sustainable goodies\, photos of your family friend

SUMMARY:Big Green Day
DESCRIPTION:“The BGD is when we celebrate local action on climate change protecting nature and the environment and being more sustainable in our everyday lives.” \nCome and visit us at this free annual community event. \nWe will have a stall where you can ask us about gardening and horticulture\, including houseplants.\n\nThe BGD will be celebrating its 5th year. It has a beautiful outdoor green space. Admission is free and open to all in the community.\n\n\nThe day will include: Guest Speakers\, Workshops\, Stalls\, Children’s activities\, Musical Entertainment\, a ‘Bring & Share Lunch’ and more:\n\n\n\n\n\nThe BGD is a non for profit event organised by volunteers within the community.
